3 Palms Atlanta was started by asking ourselves these questions: How do we design a house that can truly make someone’s life better? A home that will actually improve your health, your mental state, and work in concert with the environment? What if we could build a house that had the potential to create more ‘clean’ energy than it used? And what if, visually, it was livable art? These homes are the result of those questions.

Our biggest inspiration for 3 Palms Atlanta was the homes built by Joseph Eichler in the 1950’s and 60’s. His vision of building Mid Century Modern housing that “let the outside in” , delivered both style to the masses at approachable prices—that’s really the guiding spirit for this passion project.
